Chequer support for one of the largest blast furnace hot stoves in India, has been passed customer inspection and installed successfully.

The chequer support, designed and manufactured by Tianyu, provides critical support for the hot stove, which is a key component of the blast furnace process. The hot stove preheats the air that is used to fuel the blast furnace, and the chequer support helps ensure that the stove operates safely and reliably.

Tianyu has worked to manufacture a high-quality product that meets the needs of our customer- Danieli Group. And we are proud to have passed their inspection with flying colors.

The successful installation of the chequer support is expected to improve the overall efficiency of the blast furnace and reduce the energy required to produce steel. This, in turn, could help reduce the environmental impact of the steel industry in India, which is one of the largest producers of steel in the world.
