A set of cast iron stave cooler for India 5,499 m³ blast furnace successfully passed TÜV and end user inspection

  Beginning on September 2022, TÜV technical representative conducted multiple on-site inspections regarding the blast furnace cast iron stave coolers provided by Tianyu.

  With the assistance of Tianyu Quality Control Manager and Technical Manager, the inspector from TÜV witnessed a sort of test items defined in Project Technical Specification and signed related test reports to entrusted customer. The tests included Surface quality inspection, lifting lug loading test, dimensional inspection, ball passing test, ultrasonic test, etc.

  After a full range of evaluation, the cast iron cooling stave provided by Tianyu passed the inspection and were determined to be Qualified.

    For worldwide customers, Tianyu provided multiple inspection methords which can help to finish the inspection process without paying a real person visit.

  Firstly Customers can choose third-party quality inspection services to finish inspection. During the visit Tianyu wil give the same support as customer to the third-party inspection agency. In addition, Tianyu will also provide customers with video and photo materials during the production process, which can help customers to monitor the production and inspection process. Finally, Tianyu's quality inspection team will strictly implement internal quality inspection requirements as always. The combination of multiple methods can give customers strong support in order to complete product delivery without any business trips required.
