The project involved the manufacturing and supply of chequer supports for a hot blast stove application.
Installed inside the hot blast stove, chequer supports provide structural support for the checker bricks and form an important part of the internal structure of the system.
Before shipment, Tianyu carried out an online pre-assembly together with the customer.
The process allowed both sides to review the assembly of the components remotely and verify the relevant fitment and assembly conditions before delivery. This provided an additional opportunity to identify and address potential issues prior to shipment.
The online pre-assembly also supported communication and coordination between the Tianyu team and the customer's project team during the final stage of production.
For this project, quality control was carried out throughout the manufacturing process, covering key stages from technical confirmation and material preparation to casting, inspection and final assembly checks.
Rather than relying solely on final inspection, the project focused on process control and verification throughout production to ensure that the products met the agreed project requirements.
The manufacturing and inspection of the chequer supports have been completed, and the products are currently awaiting shipment instructions from the customer.
