In 2025, Tianyu supplied several hundred blast furnace cooling staves for a customer in the United States.
The project involved the large-volume production and supply of cast iron cooling staves for blast furnace applications. With several hundred units included in the order, production planning, manufacturing coordination, quality control and delivery management were all important parts of the project.

Scope of Supply
Tianyu was responsible for the manufacturing and supply of the blast furnace cooling staves.
The production process covered key stages from casting and manufacturing through to inspection, packing and final delivery. Throughout the project, close coordination was maintained to support the required production schedule and delivery arrangements.
Manufacturing and Quality Control
Reliable cooling stave performance depends not only on the final product, but also on consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
For this project, production and quality control covered the main stages from material preparation and casting through to final inspection before shipment. Manufacturing processes were carried out in accordance with the project requirements, with attention given to product consistency and quality control throughout production.
